There is a lot of activities you can do in Singapore from sports, to simply going for a walk, or learning how to swim. Singaporeans embrace a healthy lifestyle, and the country have a long breath of activities for everyone. ,On weekends and holidays, you will see throngs of Singaporeans heading towards the beaches or parks to work off the stress and tensions of the work week.   1. Jurong East Swimming Complex – Dive into the Lazy River, slide down the tubes, get totally soaked in the Wave Pool and let your kids go wild at the fun-filled play pool. There are regular pools for you to swim your laps.
  2. Canoeing – You can hire a canoe from various private operators located at Changi Point, East Coast Park, and Sentosa Island.
  3. Boat rides – Start your visit to Singapore with a ride on a “bumboat” on the Singapore river. Bumboats are traditional boats that carried cargo back and forth from warehouses to ships. Boats leave from Boat Quay, North Boat Quay, Clark Quay or Clifford Pier.
  4. Scuba diving – Most local diving schools conduct courses sanctioned by NAUI or PADI, two internationally recognized scuba-diving associations. Day and night diving in local waters and nearby diving spots in Malaysian waters can be arranged.
  5. Horse Riding – is an increasingly popular sport in Singapore and it is one of the few cities providing such country amenities in city living. Have fun together with your family.
  6. Windsurfing and sailing – For the watersport lovers there are options to rent a sailboat and go surfing.Rental hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  7. Nightlife and Entertainment – If you’re not totally exhausted from eating, drinking and sightseeing, there is plenty of nightlife to choose from in Singapore. Big hotels feature discos, lounges, cabarets and theatre restaurants. For a pleasant, high-class evening, symphonies, operas and ballets are abundant. Other popular nighttime activities include late-night tours, catching a movie at the local cinema, or relaxing on a nighttime harbour cruise. A great way to enjoy the night, without spending a lot of money is to roam the streets where you can witness a variety of colourful and interesting activities.
  8. Sijori Wonder Golf – This miniature golf course offers three different 18 hole courses in a tropical setting.
  9. Water-skiing – All water-ski centres are open from about 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (including public holidays).
